THE EARTH REMOVAL IS NO LONGER PART OF PLAN BUT INFO REMAINS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. Tetra Tech, hired by the ZBA and the Town of Norfolk, performed an independent analysis of the site and earth removal. These reports helped to facilitate revisions to the site which lowered the earth removal from 1.5 MILLION CUBIC YARDS to about a MILLION CUBIC YARDS. However, "During earth removal activities you should expect to see 4-6 hundred trucks a day leaving the site." is what Tetra Tech said at 37 minutes into the ZBA public Hearing on November 21, 2017. the Applicant refuted these numbers and saying this will not happen. The Applicant will submit a construction management plan in December which will then be reviewed by Tetra Tech for accuracy. Public Hearing Videos are under a separate tab.
